In November 2011, we released a short promotional video announcing the launch of an entirely new advertising model: Catvertising. The video received a million views in just ten days, made ‘Time’ magazine’s ‘Top Ten Everything of 2011’ list, was #1 on the Mashable Viral Video Chart and was Tweeted by Rogert Ebert (RIP). Even better, it sparked several new business inquiries and a flood of resumes from cat wranglers, cat whisperers and cat talent coordinators.
